General Manager: 3+ years of current Restaurant General Manager experience
Assistant General Manager: 2-3 years of current Restaurant Management experience
Previous experience managing high volume (over $2m per year) Restaurants
Strong track record of hiring and developing talented hourly employees
Outstanding oral, written, and verbal communication skills
Passion for customer service and taking care of guests
Dedication to excellent food quality and ensuring our kitchen maintains high levels of hygiene and consistency
Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the Bentonville area
