LOOKING FOR MANAGERS
TJL Gourmet Subs LLC, a JIMMY JOHN'S franchise, is looking to hire THE BEST! We will train you to be a ROCK STAR employee and manager. Help you to grow and have fun while doing it!
We are looking to hire KICKASS Managers at our locations in Fayetteville, Springdale & Siloam Springs Arkansas.
Prior Management Experience is preferred but not required!
We have an excellent Manager Training Program and will help you get where you want to go.
Manager must:
Have their own reliable vehicle, valid drivers license and up to date insurance.
Have the ability to take directions as well as provide direction to Delivery Drivers and In-shop Employees.
Have the ability to work well with others and lead by example.
Be available to open the store, run a mid shift and/or close the store throughout the work week.
Be available 40 hours a week. (Days, Nights & Weekends)
Be reliable and on time every shift ready to work.
