We have an immediate opportunity for LINE COOK
As a Line Cook, you are a critical member of our team. Our Cooks are responsible for serving consistent, high-quality menu items during a busy service.
You Will:
Understand and adhere to Executive Chefâs policies and processes; cooking methods, kitchen rules, and quality standards
Follow a given recipe and quality standard and prepare various food items, including burgers, vegetables, poultry, meats, and seafood for cooking using different methods and kitchen equipment such as oven, broilers, fryers and grills
Manage assigned food station(s) and ensure speed and quality of food to facilitate hitch-free service period.
The ideal candidate will have a natural sense of leadership, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic, along with the desire to teach and learn.
