Louise At Thaden Field is Hiring Sous Chef!
The Sous Chef reports directly to the Executive Chef, and is responsible for planning and directing kitchen activities as well as food preparation. You will assist the Executive Chef in culinary and administrative tasks while communicating with the Front of House Managers; this involves a large degree of supervising the kitchen staff, and motivating the team to superior performance. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating seasonal menus and designing new dishes. The ideal candidate will have a natural sense of leadership, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic, along with the desire to teach and learn.
