We have been open 23 years and we are rated the #1 Restaurant in Springdale according to Tripadvisor. Susan's is a fast paced, busy, team player mentality kind of place. We have one of the lowest staff turnover rates in the restaurant business. Our current three line cooks have been with us for 20, 15, and 5 years. It is a testament to the positive work environment we have and higher than average wages our staff earns with their above average skills. We are looking for help because we are still growing.
Our business hours are 6am to 2pm, seven days a week. Most shifts are 7am to 3pm. NO NIGHTS. If you want to work with a top notch staff and are self motivated please come by and apply in person. Just ask the Host at the register for an application.
