Pat Walker at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville is seeking a registered nurse for a temporary position in the Allergy/Immunization and Travel Clinic.
The registered nurse in the Allergy, Immunization, and Travel Clinic (AIT Clinic) works independently under protocols to deliver a wide array of services to students, faculty, and staff. The job responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to administration of allergy desensitization injections and emergency management of reactions; immunization needs assessment and administration (required and preventative); participation in on-site and off-site flu shot clinics; tuberculosis screening; administration of medications and destination specific travel consults to assess international travel risks and immunization needs.
Duration of the position is Aug 1 through November 29, 2019.
Hours are M-F from 8 AM 5 PM.
