Maintenance Technician Position Now Available (The Links at Springdale I/II- Springdale, AR)
Maintenance Technicians provide the essential services necessary to maintain high standards at our Resort-style Apartment Community, located on a beautiful golf course with fabulous amenities included. We are seeking an individual with prior maintenance experience to fill a current opening at The Links at Springdale.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Maintenance Technicians work under the direction of a Community Director or Resident Manager. Responsibilities assigned to this position may include:
⢠Responding to resident maintenance requests
⢠Cleaning and maintaining apartment units, pool area and grounds
⢠Conducting property inspections
⢠Moving furniture; and,
⢠Handling all other duties assigned including actions to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
⢠Must live on-site
⢠Must pass credit and criminal background check and drug screening
⢠Must have valid driver's license
