Our client, a major corporation, is seeking an experienced corporate paralegal for an immediate need in their Fayetteville office. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term temporary (3+ months minimum) opportunity.
The ideal candidate will:
Conduct legal research and analysis
Demonstrate expertise and mastery of legal processes
Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
Model compliance with company policies and procedures and support company standards of ethics and integrity
Provide and support the implementation of business solutions
Provide support for legal matters
Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders (for example, clients, outside counsel)
