Seeking experienced CNC machinist for Mill and Lathe. Mills are Haas, Fanuc controls, lathes are Okuma and Haas. Applicants must be familiar with Haas/Okuma machines and how to set up parts. Minimum of 3 years experiences required. Pay is dependent on experience. Full benefits and vacation is offered. Great company to work for with steady work and overtime available. We are seeking skilled Machinists capable of operating a CNC Mill and/or lathe. Machinists should be able to setup machines and be familiar with prints and tooling.

Must have a good work ethic, and project a "can do" attitude, and affect a positive change in the company.

Have the ability to initiate tasks without management intervention.

Requires hands-on and technical knowledge in operating CNC Mills and Lathes.

Candidate Requirements:

MUST have a minimum 3-5 years CNC machining experience within a production and/or job shop environment.

MUST be able to set up machines with little to no supervision

Having your own measuring tools a plus. (Not a requirement, but must be purchased when needed).

Must have good math skills; High School diploma or GED completion.

Good communication skills are a must have.

Proficient in the use of CNC Mills.

Able to Load CNC Programs on Machines.

Monitor feed and speed of machines during the machining process.

Inspect and validate Machined Parts and make adjustments when required.

Thorough knowledge in tool management, setup and offset tooling.

Have knowledge of jigs, fixtures, dies, and jaws.

Ability to maximize machine operating capacity efficiently and effectively.

Proficient in reading blueprints and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances.

Capable of determining tooling requirements from these drawings.

Proficient understanding and usage of measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)

Must be comfortable with in-process inspection procedures.

Be detail oriented and able to visually check parts for defects to insure high tolerance to quality.

Able to make adjustment to machine and tooling as required.

Record any improvements and changes in Job Log for future needs.
