Southeast Poultry has openings for the following position:
Position Description:
The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for all Sanitation employees, ensuring all machines, machine parts, and floors are clean, sanitary and assembled prior to start up, and that all employee's are safe and following safety policies and procedures. The position is also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all processing, warehouse, cooler, dock and employee premises throughout the companys work area.
Duties:
- Oversee proper break down, cleaning and reassembling all machines, and machine parts according to USDA standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the processing, warehouse, cooler, dock, and employee premises throughout the companys work area
- Report any food safety and quality issues/problems to personnel with authority to initiate action
- Machines are cleaned in a timely fashion and according to USDA standards
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Experience managing 10+ employees
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not required
- Experience is required
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Work on feet 8 or more hours, 5-7 days per week
- Must have proven leadership skills
- Flexible Schedule
You must be able to work 11pm until finished nightly
