JOB DESCRIPTION:
Multi business owner seeking an administrative assistant to assist in matters such as providing customer support, scheduling, processing payment and managing team schedules. The individual must possess the following skills:
Excellent communication skills as well as a great attitude.
Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
Daily Tasks include:
1. Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls, providing information for callers, distribute calls and messages to appropriate persons in a timely manner.
2. Processing payments
3. Filing any and all paperwork electronically
4. Schedule clients and assign crew
5. Run errands
6. Send email reminders and respond to quotes via email
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School or Equivalent
Bilingual
PREFERRED SKILLS
Customer Service (Required)
Computer Skills (Required)
Notary (Preferred)
ADDITIONAL NOTES
This is a contractor position with weekly pay.
