REAL ESTATE Appraiser Trainee - Salaried positions.
We are a growing company in need of Appraiser Trainees who desire to launch a career in Real Estate Appraisal. The right candidates will be trained in Bentonville, Arkansas, the relocated to start an appraisal office in a city that is regionally close to the NWA area.
We will also consider brining candadates in from other cities, training in our area for 2-3 years, and then returning to the city of origin to start an office.
We are currently looking for two trainees.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. 4 YEAR DEGREE IN ANY FIELD REQUIRED (No exceptions).
2. Touch type minimum 35WPM required.
3. MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE AFTER YOU ARE CERTIFIED. Once the candidate is a Certified Residential Appraiser, they will be relocated to a neighboring city to start an appraisal office for our company. The candidate will have a voice in determining the city for relocation.
4. No criminal record.
2-year certification training program. $30,000 salary with significant pay increase after certification. Typically our certified appraisers can double their salary by the second year of certification.
