Attention Customer Service Representative!!!
AutoGlassNow is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will work in a sales environment and interact with customers to answer general inquiries. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional image through proper telephone etiquette and uphold a can-do attitude at all times.
Job Duties:
⢠Working in a sales/results-oriented environment
⢠Answering inbound and outbound calls
⢠Providing excellent customer service to all callers
⢠Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed
⢠Opening new accounts and servicing existing accounts.
Requirements:
⢠At least 1+ year experience in a call center, retail/sales, or other customer service environment
⢠At least 1+ year experience in auto glass (Auto Glass Experience a Plus)
⢠Strong communication skills
⢠Basic computer knowledge
⢠Ability to juggle multiple tasks
⢠High School Diploma (or GED required)
⢠Ability to work in a team environment
⢠Ability to work in a sales-oriented environment
