Mechanic Needed
Local business looking to hire full time shop foreman.
We are looking for someone from 8AM to 6 PM Monday - Friday. Compensation Based Shop Rate. ASE certification is a huge plus but not required.
Diagnostics and getting the Job done "Right" the first time is a must! As well as having time management skills and being able to work at a steady pace to insure customer satisfaction all day every day. Test drive vehicles after repairs are complete to ensure mechanical soundness and to determine whether any
other problems exist. Must be able to work with the public as well as other technicians to order parts and complete repairs. Multitasking is a MUST!
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ experience
Have your own tools and knowledge of those tools
Diagnose & repair all makes and models
Solution oriented with a positive attitude
Excellent attention to detail
Enjoy working as a team lead
Effective communication skills
Valid driver’s license
