Journeyman Plumbers $27.00/hr
Job Duties
Commercial plumbing installation from underground/rough-ins, stack out to trim outs on large scale commercial projects including schools, government projects and healthcare.
Install hangers and supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation for water, gas, compressed air, chilled and heating water, or other liquids.
Interpret blueprints and building specifications required for each job site.
Use of copper, steel, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, PEX, etc piping.
Duties could include setting grease traps, decontamination tanks, oil interceptors, lint interceptors, and utility hook ups, etc.
Work alongside other trades on commercial construction sites.
Requirements
4 or more years of plumbing experience on commercial projects.
Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to direct the work of a helper or apprentice.
OSHA 10 hour (company will provide, if needed)
Arkansas Plumbing license
Able to work off ladders and man lifts from various heights and operate equipment as needed.
Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
