Objectives: To manage multiple client's financial books; to prepare business payrolls and deposits, and; to assist within a smaller office environment.
Job Tasks: Post to General Ledger; to make Journal entries and produce reports; to manage Payroll(s), creating reports and making deposits, and; to communicate regularly with clients.
Job Skills: You should have experience with computer accounting; experience and knowledge with Payroll preparation and electronic filing; have experience with Tax Preparation; have a good overall knowledge of bookkeeping, and; QuickBooks experience would be a big plus.
Other Knowledge and Skills: Workers Compensation reports, Billing, and generally work well with office and other professionals.
Hours: 24-32, flexible, hours per week
