We are seeking a Customer Service Reps/Dispatchers - 2nd Shift to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Career Solutions is currently screening applicants for a full time CSR/Dispatcher position. Duties will include Answering incoming calls and dispatching roadside assistance. MUST HAVE strong data entry and computer skills. High School Diploma/GED, clear criminal background and ability to pass drug screen required. Hours will be 2nd shift and every weekend following one week of paid training on 1st shift.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
