Description/Job SummaryAnstaff BankLoan OperationsJob DescriptionExempt: NoSafety Sensitive: NoDepartment: Not indicatedReports To: Loan Operations ManagerLocation: Operations CenterGENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITIONThe incumbent is responsible for tracking and imaging loan files, preparing home loan files for scanning and uploading home loans to core system, along with other duties related to loan operations as assigned.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Track and image loan documentation associated with all loan accounts and lines into the bank's core system database.

Manage the payment process for real estate evaluation and appraisal invoices.

Manage the payment process for title work invoices.

Serve as a backup for processing the organization's paid off loans.

Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily.
