NEW GRADUATE RN RESIDENCY PROGRAM - OCTOBER COHORTLocation: HOT SPRINGS, ARKANSAS, UNITED STATESNew Field: RNRequisition #: 1900001047Now accepting applicants for our 2019 October RN Residency co-hortApplicants must have completed an accredited RN programApplicants must have licensure from AR State Board of Nursing - or compact stateApplicants will be required to choose between 4 Clinical Tracks:Medical SurgicalCritical CareEmergency RoomOperating RoomOnce selected, the RN new graduate will rotate departments and shifts within that track for approximately 12 weeks. After this required rotation period, the candidate will match to a permanent shift/unit and unit/shift-specific orientation will continue.The Residency program will continue providing support and education to the RN New Graduate over a period of one year.Any RN candidate with less than 6 months of acute care experience will be required to complete residency before consideration for employment.Additional Information
