Our growing property management company located in Maumelle, AR is looking to fill our full-time Property Accountant position. This position is ideal for someone looking for that accounting position with a desire to work in Corporate Accounting and have an opportunity to see the full monthly accounting process with a fast paced, stable company. The Property Accountant will perform daily accounting details to ensure that financials are correctly stated by working with the vendors, property managers, other members of the accounting team and other departments on multiple projects and any other duties assigned.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Proficient in Word, Excel, Quickbooks and able to quickly learn other software
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical skills
Ability to be self-motivated
Ability to work with the accounting team and other corporate departments
