Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started.Summary: Meta is looking for a Brand Strategist to work on the global company marketing team. Brand Strategy is responsible for positioning the company brand, leading strategy for brand activations, and developing the overarching Meta architecture. The ideal person for this role has a strong background in developing cogent, creative, and insights-driven brand strategies. They are excited about the technologies that Meta creates and the potential of the Metaverse. They are a doer with the unique ability to solve problems, collaborate, and drive cross-org alignment on some of our most timely and high-priority brand initiatives. They are a highly skilled communicator with a proven ability to ask and answer difficult questions, form quick (but sound) perspectives, advise stakeholders, and be a true partner to creative teams. They are a hybrid thinker: equal parts analytical acumen and creative fluency. Finally, they are able to look beyond individual brands and teams to optimize for our goals as a company (a portfolio of brands).Required Skills: Develop new approaches to delivering communications through Meta products.

Define major new marketing initiatives, leveraging research and grounding in evolving business needs.

Create briefs to guide company-wide marketing strategy and delivery.

Partner with product teams, creative teams and agency partners.

Develop guidelines and socialize strategies to equip the company.

Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years experience as a Brand Strategist or Planner at a brand-side company, agency, or research company.

Experience leading the development of responsive marketing in creative mediums.

Experience building, implementing and optimizing brand foundations.

Experience building research plans and partnering with insights teams.

Experience presenting to executive and senior leadership.

Proven experience to thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment.

Experience collaborating with dynamic and matrixed organizations.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience delivering messages on Meta’s platforms.

Experience using brand strategy to inform product experiences.

Experience working with company and sub-brand architectures.
