Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major VA Medical Center facility recapitalization program and manage design and construction activities onsite.Requirements:10+ years of project management, design, engineering, or construction management experienceBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or ArchitectureEligible to work in the U.S. with a valid driver’s licenseAbility to pass a background checkPreferred:Federal government Owner’s Representative experiencePMP or CCM certificationMedical facility construction experience on projects $30M+Key Skills:Manage schedule, budget, risk, quality, and construction activitiesCoordinate with VA, contractors, architects, and project stakeholdersReview designs, submittals, proposals, and cost estimatesLead project meetings and maintain documentationStrong communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skillsWillingness to work occasional nights, weekends, or holidaysAbility to work on active construction sites and in various weather conditions
