If you have a passion for solving client pain points, believe in turning reporting and dashboards into true insights and know how to integrate intelligence into user experience – then this role is for you!The Data Product Analysis for Supplier Payments Capabilities will partner with the product owner and development team for gathering requirements, building and testing business intelligence solutions and features. We are looking for an analytical thinker who will serve as the primary liaison and point of contact between the Product Owner and key cross functional team members. This role will work on a variety of projects and initiatives with customers at varying levels within the organization with an opportunity to grow into a Product Ownership role. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of business partnering to deliver quality work efforts, strong collaboration skills and a keen understanding of how to drive results.Key Responsibilities Include
Participate in the feature development process – writing test scripts and test criteria for analytics implementations
Perform extensive data and applications testing
Track test cases and communicate to the project team on defects and input into testing documentation tool
Collect, track and derive KPIs
Perform data profiling and analysis for new and existing data to identify constraints, evaluate quality, answer user inquiries and contribute to data sourcing recommendations
Assist in writing queries to support user needs and prototyping of solutions
Support the leader and Sr. Managers on the team when coverage is tight – i.e. pitch in and problem solve
2-3 years of experience with creating test scripts and test plans - exposure to Agile and/or SAFe preferred
Experience using formal testing software tools
Experience with data analysis tool, such as Excel, but ideally SQL /SAS, HIVE and/or Python
Experience working with the global teams, attending conference calls & providing status updates
Experience with formal communications when updating stakeholders and partners
Strong problem-solving skills leveraging data, intuition and business acumen
Solid organization skills – ability to organize information digitally (i.e. confluence)
Interest in B2B payments
Soft Skills – ability to actively listen, communicate effectively and bring people along
Demonstrate a growth mindset that embraces change and is adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
