Job Family :Operational Effectiveness ConsultingTravel Required :Up to 75% Clearance Required :NoneWhat You Will Do :The ideal Guidehouse Commercial Healthcare Payer/Provider candidate will have experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in performance improvement within Health Systems, Hospitals, Health Plans or Physician Groups. Managing Consultants work directly with clients to measurably improve their operational outcomes through a mix of workforce strategies, improvement in resource utilization and reduction in variation in care. This is accomplished by leveraging a deep understanding of health system and ambulatory operational best practices supported by data.He/she will work on the Guidehouse Commercial Healthcare Operational Effectiveness team driving margin and operational improvement at client provider organizations through a combination of data and business process analysis, project management, and deliverable creation. He/she will have subject matter expertise in at least one of our solution areas and business acumen to become a recognized, credible, and trusted partner to our clients.Specific Job Responsibilities:
Curiosity and enthusiasm with client and Guidehouse teams to assess and implement improvement opportunities relevant in the client environment
Conduct relevant research, perform complex analytics on large data sets, and draw conclusions / make relevant recommendations based on analyses performed
Clearly articulates financial results of projects and speaks about process and sub-process measures for more than one area
Establishes account management relationships with key client counterparts
Identifies key industry issues and assists to develop practice response
Assists in delivering Statements of Work, Project Plans, Writes Proposals, Presents to Client Executive in certain situations;
Actively works to expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and interaction with clients
What You Will Need :
Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 4 + years relevant work experience in the Healthcare industry and/or consulting with experience in improving operational outcomes through a mix of workforce strategies, resource utilization optimization and reduction in variation in care.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong written and oral communication skills
Previous consulting or health system leadership experience
Heavy work related travel in the 75% range is required

The annual salary range for this position is $104,600.00-$209,200.00.
