By the conclusion of the internship, you will have a good understanding of the various ways Simmons provides both cyber and physical security to our customers, associates and our banking assets.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Learn the basics of banking security through on the job training and participating in security related meetings.
Assist the Simmons Bank security team with their day-to-day duties which will include assisting with on-going projects, updating security and inventory systems, and responding to low level security incidents.
Qualifications
Pursuing a degree in information systems, computer science or a related area of study at Philander Smith College
Interest in a bank security related career
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative problem solver
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Experience delivering exceptional customer service
Positive attitude, fast learner, team player
