DescriptionA Medical insurance clerk is needed for the front office of a very busy medical clinic in the Little Rock, Arkansas Area. This candidate must be detail oriented and experience in a fast paced environment. Typical duties for this role might include answering, phones, insurance verification and working with the billing office to ensure payments. Strong customer service and office administrative skills
Minimum of at least 2-3 years of experience within the revenue cycle
Insurance claims experience preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of Commercial Insurance
Strong understanding of explanation of benefits (EOBs)
Previous denials management experience is valued
Experience with insurance regulations and policies, payment policies/guidelines and the ability to communicate and work with payers to get claims resolved and paid accurately desired
