Contact Accountemps today about their opening for a Denials Specialist with experience working in healthcare. This would be a long-term temporary-to-full-time opportunity based in the Little Rock, Arkansas region.What you get to do every single day
Utilize all appropriate systems to effectively research denials and complete steps to resubmit bills for reimbursement
Establish and resolve the core cause of the denial
Prepare for resubmission corrected bills for reimbursement
Study and investigate denial-of-payment bills received from the payer
Requirements
Comprehensive knowledge of Commercial Insurance
Insurance claims experience required
Proven knowledge of explanation of benefits (EOBs)
Proven knowledge of insurance regulations and policies, payment policies/guidelines and the ability to communicate and work with payers to get claims resolved and paid accurately
Minimum of at least 2-3 years of experience within the revenue cycle
Strong customer service and office administrative skills
Previous denials management experience is preferred
