Restaurant - Front of House Manager
Locally owned restaurant group now hiring for a FOH Manager for our taqueria located inside a 1950's gas station with fully-functional bay doors. We care deeply about our employees and great food! The qualified candidate should also be passionate about food, guest service, and employee development.
This position is for a high-volume, from scratch, casual restaurant. The menu is based entirely around Mexican food with an awesome beer/wine list & craft cocktails made freshly, as well as our award winning margaritas!
Manager Duties:
- Oversee Daily operations of this high-volume, from scratch restaurant. - Run it like you own it.
- Coach and develop FOH management team, and work in unison with the Chef and BOH management team.
- Ensure the highest level of food quality & its execution.
- Must be able to think fast, and make the best decision for the business. Which includes forecasting sales and adjusting staff levels accordingly.
- All FOH scheduling and time-off requests.

FOH Manager Qualifications:
- Must have 2+ years of senior management experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
- Must be passionate about food and guest service.
- Proven track record of coaching and developing a management team.
- Proven track record of driving sales and creating partnerships with local businesses to do so.
- Commitment to Excellent Guest Service.
- High School Diploma
- No more than 3 jobs in five years
- Must attach a resume
