Conway: $40,000 - $43,000 + bonus potential up to $8,000 per year + Benefits Package
Hot Springs/Benton/Bryant: $45,000 - $55,000 + Benefits and Bonus Packages
Pine Bluff: $50,000 - $60,000 + Benefits and Bonus Packages

Minimum of 2+ years of current Restaurant General Manager experience in a Fast Casual concept
Strong track record of hiring and developing talented hourly employees
Outstanding oral, written, and verbal communication skills
Passion for customer service and taking care of guests
Dedication to excellent food quality and ensuring our kitchen maintains high levels of hygiene and consistency
