Currently accepting applications for Service Manager / Shop Manager.
We are one of the Nations largest and fastest growing Trailer Dealerships. We sell and service everything from Hot-shot to horse and stock trailers with everything in between. This will be a hands on working position. We are looking for someone with service management / mechanical experience. Must have own tools, valid drivers license and urgency to assist customers. We build our business on customer satisfaction and referals
You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Management of daily Tech schedule and efficiency
Shop cleanliness and safety
Quality checks on all repairs completed
Oversee Service writers
Qualifications:
Previous experience in service management required
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
RV and related fields helpful
