Job Description
Wanted an experienced manual machine operator with MANUAL ENGINE LATHE experience in our main pump manufacturing location.
It important that you can speak English and be able to read English fully. It is important that you be able to run the machines independently and with little instruction and be able to accurately follow the drawings and prints using micrometers and gauges. We operate MANUAL turret lathes, engine lathes, milling machines and drill presses that are set manually. I will need references that can verify your work. You will need to be able to read blueprints, calibers, and micrometers. Wages are dependent based on experience.
· Must have previous on the job experience using manual machines.
· Must have ability to use/read close tolerance measuring devices and blue prints.
· Good communication skills are a must and the ability to operate on your own with little or no direct supervision.
· Must have valid driver license and transportation.
· Must be able to tolerate heat/cold.
· Must be willing to relocate at own expense.
· Must be able to lift heavy objects.
Job Type: Full-time
Main Hours: 7:00 am-11:00 am-12:00 noon-4:00 pm
Salary: $17.00 to $21.00 /hour depending on experience.
