WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance/Make Ready Technician - for a multi-family 200 + apartment community in Little Rock, Arkansas.
PAY RATE IS COMPETITIVE AND COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Building maintenance; including completing work orders in occupied apartments and unit turns in vacant apartments.
Respond to resident requests for maintenance, troubleshoot problems and take action to resolve maintenance issues
Perform routine maintenance tasks including: light duty plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and HVAC
REQUIREMENTS:
Possess a positive, can-do attitude
Familiar with federal, state, and local safety regulations, including OSHA, EPA, Workers' Compensation, Hazard Communication, and Fair Housing laws
Qualified individuals must have at least 2 years experience in property maintenance
Superior PAINTING SKILLS is a must
Strong plumbing experience a plus
Proficient with hand and power tools
Applicant must have proven ability to properly diagnose and complete required maintenance/repair work
