Canyon View Properties is searching for a Property Manager for our Community located in Hot Springs, Arkansas. This is a 110-unit property. Great Location, Great Apartments, Great Amenities! Canyon View Properties is owned and managed by Canyon View Properties
The position of Property Manager will be responsible for the overall success of daily operations and must be committed to providing a high level of service to our residents and prospective residents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Works closely with the maintenance and upper management to effectively manage activities such as leasing, resident retention, customer service, rent collections and various other administrative duties.
Preferred Skills:
Multi-family housing experience and strong sales and customer service experience is a must (if you have no prior multi-family housing experience or hotel management experience you need not apply)
Knowledge of, and ability to use Microsoft Office application software. Realpages One Site or Yardi experience a plus.
Knowledge and compliance with community rental information and Federal, State and Local Fair Housing guidelines
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to residents, vendors, team members and upper management
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Great organization skills and an understanding of social media and marketing
