Summit Truck Group in Little Rock, AR is seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working, customer-oriented individuals who can work in a team environment as a Lease Sales Representative. This person will be working with several other Summit dealerships in the surrounding areas. Â

Â

TheÂLease Sales RepresentativeÂis responsible for sales and marketing of the lease and contract maintenance product line.ÂManage Lease customers and accounts, develop new business opportunities and maintain customer retention. Determine customer vehicle needs and establish customer commitment to lease Idealease vehicles consistent with the sales strategy for Summit Lease & Rental.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES:

Maintain Client and prospect database; include cold calling.

Handle sales and sales process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation.

Responsible for executing the business units marketing plan and prepare sales proposals as required.

Secure and renew orders.

Ensure proper prices schedules are in place and presented.

Assist with collection of invoices as needed.

Maintain and expand relationship with existing customer base.

Responsible for overall satisfaction for all internal and external customers.

Maintain composer when addressing stressful situations.

Clearly articulate Summit Lease and Rental product and service offerings.

Other duties assigned by manager.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Strong written/ verbal communication skills required.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

College degree in business preferred.

Combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered.

One to three years of experience in the trucking/transportation industry.

A Minimum of three (3) years of rental or lease sales experience preferred.

Experience in account management preferably in Truck Lease and Rental.

Experience making sales calls to existing and prospective customers.

Strong customer service orientation.

Ability to deal with customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Knowledge of Lease products, features, and services.

Ability to manage accounts throughout the duration of the lease term.

Skills in implementation of marketing initiatives, sales management and execution, and customer retention and development.

Skills in computer operation.

Strong interpersonal communication both verbal and written.

Knowledge of credit and insurance processes required.

Knowledge of financial accounting, sales and legal information including state and federal regulations.

Success dealing effectively with and communicating with customers, employees and management.

A valid driver’s license is required. CDL with minimum of a Class B with air brake endorsement preferred.
