Searching for a dynamic Outreach Director for a senior living community in the Hot Springs area. Must have experience in the senior living industry. The responsibilities will include taking ownership of this position by planning visits to key personnel in the hospitals, rehabs, churches, and more. You will host and coordinate events in the community and look for opportunities to sponsor local organizations and build relationships to become partners. A self motivator, energetic, creative person is needed. Sense of urgency is vital. You will generate the leads for the inside Marketing Director who will manage and close the leads. Inside sales experience is also necessary. Computer experience in Excel and Word is a must. Training will be provided for the lead database. Some weekends and nights may be required to tour families.
