The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette is seeking tech savvy, motivated individuals to provide great service to our customers as we transition them to the new digital frontier.
Under limited supervision, Digital Service Techs must be able to schedule appointments to demonstrate how to use the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette app on various operating platforms to technical and non-technical individuals.
Digital Service Techs must posses the ability to learn in-depth technical aspects of numerous devices and applications. Possessing basic networking essentials is a plus.
Dependable transportation is required, as is the desire to go above and beyond for our customers.
