Service Technician / Pump Mechanic
Part Time 30 hours per week
POSITION PURPOSE:
To deliver, install, service, rebuild, start-up and trouble shoot pumps for our customers.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. A clean driving record is a must.
2. Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with State and federal regulations.
3. Must be able to lift 100 pounds.
4. Candidate must be mechanically and electrical inclined and willing to learn on the job.
5. Candidate must be able to service in the field or rebuild in the shop low pressure Wastewater pumps.
6. Candidate must have problem solving skills and be a self starter.
7. Candidate must have good people skills and be people oriented.
8. Responsible for ensuring that all service reports are filled out in a timely and correct manner.
9. Must present a professional appearance at all times.
TRAINING:
1. Mechanical and electricalAptitude are required.
2. On job training will be provided.
3. All required equipment furnished by the company.
4. A 90 day probationary period is required.
