We're looking for new additions to our team. We've been in business in the same location for over 40 years serving the Hot Springs and Little Rock areas, and beyond, providing top quality custom cabinetry, countertops, furniture, and other millwork items. Our products are hand made with great attention to detail. Our staff is highly skilled, many of whom have been with us for multiple decades. This is not assembly line work and we do not run computerized equipment. We are truly skilled craftsmen, and this is the kind of business that you can make a career out of and be proud of the work you do. The position is for 40 hours per week (or more). It may require travel to and from job sites, in which case, transportation, fuel, tools, etc. are provided. Starting pay is based on the applicant's skill level and ability as it fits into our company needs. There is opportunity for growth and higher income levels within the company. We offer benefits such as paid vacation, paid holidays, and a profit sharing bonus program which provides additional money based on company profits each month. Overtime hours are paid "Time + 1/2". Management expresses great care in ensuring each employee has steady and reliable work and pay. Some training is expected regardless of prior experience. An ideal applicant would have prior experience and skills and would be able to integrate quickly into our team and require little training.
