Harbor Fab LLC. is a great place to work in Benton, Arkansas. We are currently looking to hire several experienced Welder/Fitters who will apply their quality fitting and welding touches to the wide variety of structural steel & plate fabrication products we produce. Job Responsibilities:
FCAW, wire welding (0.45)
Pipe, plate steel, channel and beam welding
Pipe fitting
Receives instructions, prints, and work orders for the job
Plans details of working procedure, tools and material requirements
Fabricates equipment by cutting, burning, and welding various shapes and sizes of metals
Cleans and prepares surfaces to be welded
Sets up, assembles, fits and or tacks weld parts
Uses grinder and other fabrication tools to ensure proper fit and finish
Uses burning equipment to dismantle assemblies and to cut material to size and shape
Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly
Job Requirements
Welding experience required
Familiar with iron worker, plasma cutter and grinders
Background check, physical, and drug test required
A PRE HIRE WELDING TEST WILL BE ADMINISTERED AT OUR BENTON SHOP FOR THOSE WHO APPLY AND ARE INVITED TO INTERVIEW
