The Lead Backup Analyst is responsible for overseeing planning, design, installation, training, support, and project coordination of new and ongoing projects that involve the Enterprise Backup Solution team, infrastructure and services. Incumbent maintains an efficient level of service to the Enterprise through effective, continual, and proactive monitoring and review while performing in a leadership capacity. Lead Backup Analyst provides and maintains an efficient level of service to the Enterprise through effective, continual, and proactive monitoring and review and performs in the capacity of a team leader to provide efficient oversight, and assistance to members of the Backup Solution Management team.
