Supply Chain Process ConsultantKelly Services is seeking a talented Supply Chain Process Consultant for our well-known client in the Rogers, AR. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years’ experience in SAP with strong analytical experience. This is a 3-month assignment which is perfect for someone seeking to work through the holidays while seeking direct hire opportunities!Description: The Supply Chain Process Consultant is responsible for translating category management principles into action through data analytics and consumer/shopper insights. This role’s primary focus is to support the Category team leaders working on the Walmart business. Their day to day function will be working with the local team to drive Category Topline, Walmart’s Dollar Share, and Net Sales. The incumbent will conduct advanced analytics and develop data driven strategies, recommendations, and tactics for the Walmart’s business utilizing Walmart’s internal data, syndicated data, Panel and shopper data, as well as Consumer/Shopper insights.Key Responsibilities:

Compile, analyze, and interpret end-to-end customer supply chain processes to make strategic and tactical recommendations to business managers in order to enhance K-C's customer service delivery to customers

Develop and recommend supply chain strategies that will drive improved performance in working capital, customer service, and margins

Partner with I.T. to define business requirements, perform user acceptance testing, document training, and implement complex changes for supply chain solutions

Serve as the voice of the customer to resolve issues, and provide value-added improvements to enhance the end-user experience

Manage complex production efforts and large projects requiring the coordination of resources, budgets and deadlines

Write standards and effectively train standards through-out the organization

Utilize Lean concepts to support new business process development and implementation

Apply root-cause analysis to address gaps in performance

Develop and deliver effective training programs for end-users, junior team members, and cross-functional partner teams

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

At least 5 years of experience utilizing SAP (APO-SNP preferred)

Strong working knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and theories

Experience working on cross-functional or sector project teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to effectively influence stakeholders to drive impactful results

Demonstrated effectiveness in all of the KC global leadership qualities
