position with the USACE Little Rock District, Operations Division,

with the McClellan-Kerr Project Office, Russellville Project Site,

Prepare for and conduct pre-bid site visits and pre-work

conferences.

Serves as technical adviser on all construction and maintenance

activities.

Prepare contract modifications which involve changes or

refinements of design changes.

Perform detailed inspection of operations and maintenance

construction activities.

Utilizes computer software to develop and administer critical

path management of maintenance and construction program for

project office and maintain detailed equipment maintenance and

utilization records.

Performs routine inspection on structures to insure maintenance

integrity and readiness for operation.

described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience,

following duties:1) Recommending changes in scope of work for the

construction/maintenance of a recreation and/or flood risk

management facility and 2) Inspecting maintenance work performed by

the next lower grade/level position in the federal government.You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in
