Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other technical area.
Experience: 4+ years of experience in Information Systems or related area with proven experience as a business analyst.
Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Marketo), Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms (e.g. MediaBeacon, etc.), Content Management Systems (CMS) (e.g. Drupal, WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.), Voice of the Customer (VOC), social listening, Business Process Mapping (BPM), customer journey mapping, and multiple processes including but not limited to digital marketing, customer relationship management, etc.
2+ years of business process modeling experience.
Experience gathering and documenting requirements for marketing automation platforms - preferably Marketo.
Experience working with marketing automation platforms as a technology business analyst (Marketo, Drupal, DAM).
