Local Albuquerque community, Chelsea Village is looking for Skilled/Experienced Maintenance Technician!
Must be willing to take emergency calls 2 week out of the month. Minimum 8 months maintenance experience.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Make ready knowledge
Must have basic HVAC knowledge
Moderate knowledge of Electrical, plumbing, appliance knowledge
Clearly and effectively communicate with residents, other employees, and vendors
Inventory control.
High customer service standards.
Can do-attitude.
