Our work depends on a Senior Automation Tester joining our team supporting the Healthcare Fraud Prevention Partnership (HFPP) Trusted Third Party (TTP).In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and provide clarification or necessary guidance around defects, tests on the open-source implementation, development, integration, and maintenance of cloud and web-based solutions.This position requires a full understanding of the SDLC, development, configuration, migration, integration, and a general understanding of maintenance of various API’s, websites, platforms, and services.This is a remote based role; candidates must live in the United States. Work sponsorship is not available for this roleResponsibilities:Execute and maintain automation script in Selenium
Design and execute automated, ad hock, and requirements-based tests to identify potential problems
Develop and execute smoke, vulnerability, manual, regression, or performance tests using flexible testing procedures
Troubleshoot any testing errors and streamline testing procedures using Selenium for automation and manual testing
Work on and with other scrum team members to determine testing parameters, document testing related items according to standards and patterns such as 508 compliance/accessibility, CMMI and ADF using Selenium, XRay, Jira, Confluence, JMeter, and for a limited time Eggplant
Ensures that testing methodology and procedures meet company and industry standards
Qualifications:BS in Computer Science or related field
7+ years of proven automation testing experience/5+ years working an agile development environment
Experience with Automation Testing Tools (such as Selenium and JMeter)
Experience with testing of application developed with COTS and custom products
Experience with BDD and TDD (Test Driven Development and, Behavior Driven Development)
Experience with Java Programming Language
Experience with SQL and Database/Backend testing
Experience web services / API testing (REST and SOAPUI)
Experience with implementing and executing Load and Performance Testing
Experience working in an agile environment
Experience with continuous integration tools (like Jenkins)
Experience using Jira with XRay app and its reporting modules
Experience across diverse technology stacks including COTS and custom software.
Familiarity with standards and best practices for ensuring accessibility (i.e., WCAG and 508)
