Harte Hanks is looking for Technical Call Center agents for support of a streaming app that customers can purchase to have on their mobile phone and/or device. We support the app by resolving technical support issues the customers are having by taking inbound phone calls. Phone Support Agents will work with and troubleshoot all phones/devices (i.e. Android, iPhone, Motorola, Apple TV Boxes, Roku, Gaming Consoles, etc.).
Common Tasks:How to register in the app, mobile phone/device navigation, installing/uninstalling/reinstalling apps/programs, troubleshooting issues (i.e. TV show or movie freezes up when viewing), retention, cancellation of subscription.
Top Required Skills and Knowledge:Basic Computer Skills: Troubleshooting skills. Basic navigation of devices. Experience with installing, uninstalling and reinstalling apps/programs. Familiarity with streaming apps (such as Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc.). Familiar with everyday computing tasks such as internet navigation, clearing cache & basic research using knowledge based articles.
Start Date: 3/24 and 3/31
Type of Position:Seasonal
Hours of Operation:24/7 (MUST have open availability; however, most likely will work 2nd shift; no graveyard shifts will be assigned)
Training: 2 pm 11 pm Sunday Thursday
Pay Rate:$11.00/hr as well as departmental incentives monthly
