We are looking for a manager for a mobile home park located in Texarkana Texas. The ideal setup would be a retired couple who can live in the park rent free and be able to do maintenance on the park own homes in the park for additional pay. Retired military would be a plus. Job responsibilities include collecting rent, reading water meters, taking phone calls from tenants and prospective tenants, and enforcing park rules.
