I pay $0.56 per mile-Drivers can get 3800- 4000 miles in 7 days and get home and that's $2100-$2250 to take home
For Team Drivers, I am paying 76 cents per mile Team drivers will get at least 5500-6000 miles per week
Need good record and at at least 6 months experience on over the road
53 dry vans load - No touch to the driver
Solo - Need at least 7 days on the road, with 34 hours reset home
Team - Minimum 14 days on the road, with 4 days home
I pay bonuses for good DOT Inspection
I always pay layovers $150 per day and always pay $35 extra picks and drops
I pay truck breakdowns $150 + plus hotel paid
