• Administration of Active Directory & Exchange
• Administration of VMWare vCenter Environment
• Configure High Availability & Load Balance Clusters
• Troubleshoot & Resolve Mail flow / Mail delivery issues
• Perform mailbox migration between On-Prem Exchange and Exchange Online
• Troubleshoot & Recover Server Failures
• Provision & Decommission of VM's
• Manage File & Print Servers and resolve technical issues
• Backup / Maintain & Restore Server Data
• Maintain & Manage Backup Media / Storage
• Upgrade / Migrate Servers to latest versions
• Monitor Server Performance / Utilization and resolve issues
• Automate solutions in repeated manual tasks
