DescriptionOne of our clients located in American Canyon is in need of a Production Scheduler to join their team on a temp to hire basis. If you have prior experience scheduling shifts for employees and strong administrative skills, this may be the role for you.Duties:Responsible for working with our Production Supervisors to schedule employees across 3 shifts (AM, PM and Graveyard)
Manage internal systems with employee terms, enter new hires in the system, enter missed punch forms, etc.
Assist with other Administrative projects as needed
RequirementsMust heavy data entry background and who has had prior scheduling experience (in a doctor’s office or similar capacity – does not have to have a manufacturing background)
Strong attention to detail and someone who can work independently while also be a team player is a must
3+ years of administrative experience is required
